I wrote this book to help people who are in difficult situations. I want to offer you support and guidance, give you hope and positivity on your way. This book is about being in difficult situations, pain, fear, mindfulness, power, strength, change, enjoying life, acceptance, respect, animals, enjoying life, self control, self discipline, traveling, camper, understanding, helicopter view (looking at things from a distance), communication, constructive and gratitude. The past years have not been easy for me. I have learned valuable lessons I want to share with you in this book. This book hopefully is a guideline for you to get back on track if needed.
