This book starts with the main character finding a deceased person.
It soon becomes clear that the death of this person has quite some impact on the main character. He becomes embroiled in confusing events, which are apparently more connected to each other than our rationale can explain.
At the same time, this book also gives an idea of how a Gestalt therapist can work with his/her clients.
In addition, the writer openly shows how turbulent his life sometimes is due to his love for people and especially his romantic feelings. His heart is quickly on fire and so it is sometimes better for him to fasten the seat belts of his heart.

Since 1973 working as a teacher, trainer and consultant. First in education, but later in Healthcare and the care for the elderly. Between 1984 and 1989 being a staff member for development, policy and research in a psychogeriatric nursinghome.
In 1989 started a centre for training, consultancy and therapy, called Invitation and from this time working again as a trainer/consultant/coach and as psychotherapist.
The base for all activities is a combination of interest in other people, enthusiasm for the gestalt-approach and the experiences in organizations in healthcare and education.
Working in the Netherlands as well as in other countries.
I’m staff member in several Gestalt institutes like the MultidiMens Institute in Belgium, the Bulgarian Gestalt Institute in Sofia, the Caucasian Institute in Tbilisi and the Himalayan Pathway Psychotherapy Institute in Kathmandu.
I am a registered member of the EAGT as therapist, GPO and supervisor and of the EAP as a ECP holder.
