Over Johan Flaskamp
Johan Flaskamp already started writing in his early years, many poems about the love for his dear wife and poems about the many thoughts, feelings, ideas and things around him. Some years later he wrote his first Dutch Science Fiction novel 'Slechts één seconde' The Jack Burnslaw trilogie' (Hans Flaskamp) which is the first book of a serie of three. It is a very exciting book about the time travel adventures of Jack Burnslaw and the 'bolkubus'. The book is still available in the online bookshops.
After Johan discovered he had celiac disease, meaning that he could not eat any food with gluten anymore, he developed tasty glutenfree recipes. He collected all these recipes in a nice cooking book named 'My gluten Free Kitchen'. This book has been published in English to reach a wider public, as there are more and more people around the world with a gluten intolerance.
